The motor is connected directly to the gearbox via a Fenner Coupling of type RM12.
The clutch plate splined hub is removed and fitted inside the coupling insert with the aid of shims.
This side of the coupling is shifted over the pilot shaft and the other side of the coupling is fitted to the motor shaft.
A rubber ring is placed between the two halves of the coupling and the motor can be connected directly to the gearbox. (no clutch).
