Received the 48v motor from the cape and assembled all the clutch parts... Next is the adapter plate to get the unit working..

Hey Guys, I see that there are quite a few members who have joined over the last six months or so.. I am busy with a 1970 Fiat 850 EV conversion and was wondering if anyone else was busy with a build as well. I am at the beginning stages myself, loads if research, got my donor car about 6 weeks ago and am sourcing all the stuff I need. Just got myself a great forklift motor which is on the way up from the cape, reconditioning the fiat gearbox. Next thing is to make up the adaptor and start speaking to guys about making/buying/finding a controller... I look forward to hearing if any of you are busy with a build.. Not sure if I can post pics on this post thing of mine but I would be keen to see your builds as well. Cheers
