I'm a complete novice to EVs but have set myself a challenge to do a conversion before the end of this year. From research, it seems my best option is to buy an EV conversion kit for popular vehicles that have been done like the VW Beetle or any other that is easily available in Southern Africa.
So. where in South Africa can I get such kits? And at roughly what cost?
