The Axial Flux motor is based on very strong (N42) general purpose neodymium magnets such these:

The magnet size is 22mm x 10mm.
The mechanical design is based on a “Mecano” stile approach:

The coils are made up using 1mm diameter copper coil wire, 100 turns.
